Road Directions to Tahsis
Vancouver Island can be reached via Ferry from Port Angeles, Seattle, Tsawwassen, Vancouver, Powell River and Prince Rupert.

Once on Vancouver Island, follow the Island Highway (Hwy. 19) to Campbell River (see diagram below).

Once at Campbell River, turn West and take Hwy. 28 to Gold River. At Gold River the road curves right after the Travel Info Centre.. follow the road to a T intersection, and follow the right hand turnoff to the Tree to Sea Drive to Tahsis.

This well maintained gravel road is 63.5 Km (approx. 40 miles) and takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes till your arrival in Tahsis. The drive is very scenic, and has recently had some upgrading and view stops added, so allow extra time to stop and enjoy the views!
